Detailed Information about the tour

​Day 1: Arrival at Siliguri Ride to Gangtok

Arrive Badgogra Airport, Siliguri, After meeting with our representative and briefing we will you to Gangtok. Ariive Gangtok by evening and then you will be free to explore MG marg, try some cafes & local food. There will be briefing and bike allocation in the evening. Stay in Gangtok.

Day 2: Gangtok to Lachen

Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and leave for Lachen, a tiny hamlet in the North Sikkim. During your journey, from Gangtok to Lachen, you will enjoy a small break at Naga Waterfall, The Confluence of Lachen Chu (River) & Lachung Chu (River) at Chungthang and Bhim Nala Waterfall. On arrival at Lachen, you will be transferred to hotel for overnight stay and dinner.

Day 3: Lachen to Gurudongmar Lake to Lachung

Today, we need to leave early like 4:00 AM. You will get the packed breakfast for the day. Follow the nerve wrenching hilly roads and head towards Chopta Valley, a relatively unexplored and untouched region in Northwestern region of Sikkim. After driving for few kilometer from Chopta Valley, you will visit Gurudongmar Lake, which is considered as sacred by both Buddhists and Sikhs. This is the Pangog of Sikkim and is the most famous tourist attraction of Sikkim. The best about the lake is despite its location it never freezes even in the peak of winter. Later, continue your ride back to Lachung hotel for overnight stay and dinner.

Day 4: Lachung to Yumthang to Zero Point to Gangtok

Early morning drive to Yumthang Valley, which is an Alpine flower valley in North Sikkim. Enjoy the scenic landscape and Hot spring and drive back to Lachung for Lunch. (Optional tour to Yumesamdong Valley or Zero Point close to Tibet Border (15,000ft, 23kms from Yumthang) for Indian tourists only. After Lunch proceed towards hotel and drive back to Gangtok for the continuation of the trip. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 5: Gangtok to Zuluk via Nathu La & Tsmogo Lake & Old Silk Route 

After a hearty breakfast start the tour to Nathula. We will get Tsomgo Lake (12,400ft, 34km). The lake is 1 km long, oval in shape and 50ft deep. Here you can witness snow, snowfall (if you’re lucky) & Yak Riding. Visit to the legendary Baba Mandir. Optional tour to Nathula Pass (The Indo-China border) depends upon the availability of permit. (Monday and Tuesday the pass is closed). Then we will rid to to the most amazing and the best part of the ride, THE OLD SILK ROUTE. This part is also know as the most beautiful route of INDIA. Reach Zsuluk by evening. Stay in ZULUK home stay.

Day 6: Zuluk to Gangtok

Explore zuluk in early morning, take a walk by nearby areas and after a warm breakfast we will leave for Gangtok. Arrive Gangtok by early evening. Explore Gangtok at own once again and for the last time. Stay in Gangtok.

Day 7: Gangtok to Darjeeling (by Taxi):

From this day we will travelling through taxi the bikes we have are of Sikkim registration number and have to return in Gangtok. After breakfast, drop to Darjeeling hotel/market by taxi. Enjoy the evening in Darjeeling and sleep early as we need to wake up at 4:00 AM for the sun rise sightseeing.

Day 8: Darjeeling Sightseeing (by taxi)

Early Morning (at 04:00 am) drive to Tiger hill (8,400 ft.) to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzongha (28,208 ft. Worlds 3rd highest peak), on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ropeway and Japanese Temple. Evening free for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Day 9: Darjeeling to Airport drop (by taxi)

Early Morning after breakfast we will drop you to Airport. Please note that the complete group will travel together for airport, irrespective of flight timing. Book your flight in evening only after 2:00 PM. Trip Ends.

  5. Anything which is not mentioned in inclusions

PAYMENT POLICY:
1. 30% of the Total Billing Amount to be deposited as the booking amount at the time of the booking.
2. Remainder 70% of the Total Billing Amount to be deposited before 30 days of the departure date.
3. Failure to adhere to the Payment Policy can lead to a cancellation of the booking without any prior notice to the booking person

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. 20% cancellation fee would be levied/ forfeited if the cancellation is done 30 days prior the Day 1 of the trip.
2. 100% cancellation fee would be levied/ forfeited if the cancellation is done less than 30 days prior the Day 1 of the trip.
3. Fail to do the 30% amount within a month of the booking or 3 months prior to the travel date, whichever is sooner, the booking will stand cancelled without any prior intimation, and the amount received by the company will be forfeited with no refund.
